    Waiver Programs Available

    These programs are available to people who choose to reside in the community and meet eligibility criteria:

    Brain Injury (BI) Waiver:
    • For people with a traumatic, acquired or degenerative brain injury who require the level of care provided in a nursing facility that provides specialized services for people with BI, or who require the level of care provided in a neurobehavioral hospital
    Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver
    • Program that provides home and community-based services to children and adults with disabilities who require the level of care provided in a nursing facility.
    Elderly Waiver (EW)
    • Program that funds home and community-based services for people age 65 and older who require the level of care provided in a nursing home and choose to live in the community.
